Our School Improvement Plan priorities 2021 - 2022
Curriculum and assessment including:
- Review of the role of subject leaders following a number of new teaching staff and the OFSTED framework.
- Ensuring clarity of Intent, Implementation and Impact of our school curriculum.
- Ensure our assessment systems reflect the changes to National requirements for introduction of the 5 Lenses of engagement for pupils working at the lower levels of cognitive development.
Meeting the needs mental health and wellbeing needs of our pupils:
- Providing Adverse Childhood Experience ( ACEs) training for all staff to develop understanding of the mental health and wellbeing needs of our pupils.
- Auditing and updating mental health provision in school to support our pupils including mental health actions linked to Individual Behaviour Plans

Below ( Click on the Butterfly Wings) are the initial action plans for each of the priority areas. The school leadership team in consultation with staff and governors update these in school to annotate progress during the year.
