Camberwell Park is a dedicated Investor in People (IIP)and holds both the IIP Health and Wellbeing Award and the IIP award at Gold level. As such, Camberwell is committed to recruiting and training outstanding staff throughout the school. All staff in school are expected to demonstrate the agreed professional values / behaviours i.e. to be Passionate, Respectful, Organised, Understanding and Dedicated. The school has sustained the Gold award status since 2011. The latest full review was in June 2017 however we have had annual monitoring visits and our award has been renewed in June 19 and most recently retained our Gold Award at a full reassessment in June 2020.

Camberwell Park School is fully committed to safeguarding and all applicants will be required to have enhanced DBS ( Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance. All posts in school working directly with or having regular contact with the children are considered to be regulated activity and therefore this will be included in any DBS clearance requested.
